From Barnet to Brisbane....

Wanted to share a lovely new commission with you, made for a First Year Wedding Anniversary gift - and as the first year is celebrated with 'Paper' what a perfect present!. This large A2 piece was made in colours requested by the customer to match their living room, brown leather sofas and teal upholstery. I was given lots of great details to work with and incorporated the fact the couple came from Barnet and Brisbane (using these map locations as the staring point and the end of the piece, with the distance between the two places included in the middle). Details about how they met, first dates, special places they had travelled together, wedding location, honeymoon, children's names and birthdays, hobbies, sports and personal nostalgia were all included to make it a really special piece with lots of little details to discover each time you look at it.

 Barnet to Brisbane....

16,517 Km!

Some kind words from the customer, who was a pleasure to work with...

"It arrived safely today thank you and looks fantastic! I love it and I'm sure Nick will too. You've done an incredible job".

"For a completely unique and special gift I highly recommend Rock Villa Designs' art pieces. I ordered one as an anniversary present and am delighted with the result - a beautifully designed and made piece of art that matches our house and is completely personal. The process was very simple and Suzi came up with creative, interesting ways to incorporate the information I gave to her into the piece. She produced the art extremely quickly, kept me informed throughout, and the quality is exceptional. My husband and I love the piece it and each time we look at it we see another little detail of our lives woven in."

These artworks really work well with lots of little interesting facts and momentos to make it really special and full of memories. Made in your choice of colours and sizes - for more information and prices please email Prices for an unframed A2 piece start at £120.
